Inside of the pouch we have the Pelikan Pura rollerball pen. This is the blue version of the pen. It comes with chrome accents. It has a nice shiny luster. Now this is a nice study pen. It is an all metal pen so it is a little heavier.
On the top of the cap is the Pelikan logo. It has a chrome clip with a slight groove running down the center. The end of the clip flares out making it easier to slide into a pocket. It also has a slight hinge to it so it makes it easy to open. The bottom of the cap is printed with Pelikan and Germany on the backside. Then there is a center band that runs around the pen in chrome. Then that transitions into a vertical bar running down the pen into another band at the bottom of the barrel. Then at the bottom of the barrel is capped of with a chrome cap.
The cap on this pen is a friction fit. It simply snaps off. You can post this cap if you would like to. It snaps onto the bottom of the barrel. It is a little bit heavy with it posted. I like writing with this pen without it posted but you can do it either way.
The tip of the pen is a chrome tip with a black resin band.
This pen comes with one rollerball refill included with the pen. To replace the refill on this pen it is real easy, you simply unscrew the tip section from the barrel and slide the refill out. This is a Pelikan 338 ink rollerball refill. This is a black ink refill. You can always change it out if you want.

Pelikan Pura Video Script

What first lead me to the Pelikan Pura rollerball pen was the look. I really liked the colors and the design of the pen. I thought the chrome integrated with the color of the pen really looked sharp.
The pen is quite heavy in my opinion. I have tried to write with the pen posted but for me it is a bit too heavy and my hand tires. With the pen unposted I found better results. I really like the way the pen writes. It is smooth and lays down a nice even line of ink.
The chrome on the tip section of the pen is smooth. I would rather have a slightly rougher surface for better grip but its not that big of a deal. The chrome also shows fingerprints but not too bad and easily wipes off.
Over all I really like the Pelikan Pura rollerball pen. I love the look of the pen and I like the way it writes. I would definitely buy it again or refer it to a friend!
