An astonishingly well made, affordable pen. Cap fits tightly when closed or posted. A pleasure to write with: The barrel, perhaps some thicker than the average pen, works well for my larger hands, and helps me avoid tired, weak fingers (some weakness from an old injury). The grip has three slight indentations, for two fingers and my thumb to hold the pen. They make for a comfortable, secure grip. Love the pale green color. Love the extremely old-fashioned shape, which Kaweco says goes back to their eyedropper pens a century ago. Traditional, but entirely contemporary. Love that it is made of plastic, but does not feel or look cheap or flimsy. I have fitted it with a Kaweco "Slide-on Clip Octagonal," also from Pen Chalet, which is described as not fitting the Perkeo, and is not an exact fit to the cap BUT seems tight enough for my shirt pocket, so far. A great alternative to carrying a fountain pen, which I also often do, but with this rollerball, I get no mess, no fuss, a tremendous supply of ink in the pen, but also as noted a lot of entertaining retro character.
