The newly redesigned Stipula Castoni Chic fountain pen is made from handcrafted Italian resin. Each pen is turned from solid bars in a unique shape and hand polished for a high gloss finish. The clip is fitted with a genuine cabochon stone that matches the resin color.
The Stipula Castoni Chic fountain pen comes with a iridium steel nib in various tip sizes including a 0.9mm italic and an all new M-flex nib.

The Stipula Castoni Chic is a cartridge-converter style pen, so it takes a standard international ink cartridge. It also has a converter included with the pen inside.
Chrome-colored with black-chrome colored accents. There is small jewel at the bottom of the clip of the pen. Just a beautiful resin for both the barrel and cap of the pen. It does have the Stipula logo, engraved kind of subtle in the center of the barrel of the pen. There is also a black-chrome colored ring at the bottom of the cap.
The cap just has an octagonal shape or design on the very top of it, but the actual barrel and cap are round. The cap is threaded and posts on the end of the pen. The section of the pen matches the rest of the resin of the pen made of the same material, with a stainless steel nib and you see the feet on the back side.
To change the ink on the pen, you unscrew the section from the barrel of the pen and included with the pen is an ink converter, for use of bottled inks.

This is a decent pen but not extraordinary for the price. I am a little disappointed with the "Functionality" because it is advertised as an M-Flex, but it really does not flex at all.
