About Melacara Purple Nahvalur (Narwhal) Original Plus Vacuum Collection
The Nahvalur (previously Narwhal) Original Plus Vacuum Collection fountain pen features a vacuum filling mechanism with an increased ink capacity of 1.5ml (compared to the now discontinued Original Collection) and a transparent body with ink swirls.
Originally released at the August 2022 DC Pen Show, the Nahvalur Original Plus Vacuum fountain pen is available in 4 colors, and was met with great excitement.
*NOTE: In early 2023, Nahvalur introduced a new etched design on their in-house nibs to coordinate with their rebranding from Narwhal to Nahvalur. Throughout 2023, pens may be fitted with either nib, and may be packaged in either Narwhal or Nahvalur packaging. We do not get to specify which inventory we receive. Thank you!

I was blown away by the quality of this pen. You kinda expect a ratio of price to quality. This is Visconti quality at a TWSBI Price. With the politics and cracking etc at TWSBI I am a new convert. Can’t wait for the next one.
