There is a special Golden Leaf Pearl acrylic barrel carefully selected on each pen to commemorate Benjamin Franklin's numerous scientific, philanthropic and diplomatic contributions towards the creation of the United States.

The barrel of each fountain pen is engraved in Gold Fill with Benjamin Franklin’s famous signature. On the top of each cap, there is a gold coin embossed with Benjamin Franklin's portrait.

The Benjamin Franklin Limited Edition pen is limited to 100 fountain pens (also available in a rollerball, which is limited to 100 pens). The fountain pen has a German gold-plated nib and uses a cartridge/converter filling system.
