About the Laban Abalone

The Laban Abalone fountain pens feature strips of real abalone shells harvested in New Zealand. The abalone strips are inlaid into the pen's cap and barrel with the pen's larger size, allowing it to beautifully showcase the natural luster of the material. The weight of the abalone shells creates a sturdy feel in your grip while generating a mesmerizing rainbow of colors. The iridescent abalone is complemented by gunmetal or silver trim and a two-tone stainless steel nib. The pen uses a cartridge converter filling system compatible with standard international-size ink cartridges or converters.

The Laban Abalone fountain pen comes packaged in a classic Laban pen box and includes one converter (for use with fountain pen-safe bottled inks) and a sticker.
