This is the Jinhao 799 fountain pen. Comes in a plastic clear transparent box with the Jinhao logo on the edge of the top of the lid that lifts off. The box is held, or the pen is held in the box with a small clip that removes off the pen.

The Jinhao 799 fountain pen is all metal, both the cap and the barrel of the pen. It has a metal clip with a large groove or channel in the middle with the Jinhao logo at the top. Chrome colored top to the cap with a chrome band at the bottom of the cap with Jinhao engraved on the pen and 799 on the back side. Both barrel and cap of the pen have flat edges on both sides of the pen. You can see that a little bit more on the end of the pen. It has just a silver, and on the very tip of the barrel of the pen. The cap snaps on or off the pen. It can be posted. It comes with a plastic black ergonomic grip section, and a stainless steel nib with the Jinhao logo. It also has a section there on the back side of the nib.

Cartridge converter style pen, unscrew the section from the barrel of pen and you can fill the pen with the ink converter if you wanna use bottled inks. You can also ink cartridges with the pen, but none of those are included. It simply comes with the converter, so it's all ready for bottled inks, but if you want to use a converter, you'd have to purchase that.
