The Esterbrook Camden Northern Lights fountain pen collection brings the Aurora Borealis right to your desk with three different colors inspired by the Arctic's cosmic phenomenon. Each of the three pens in the collection pulls a beautiful color reminiscent of the Lights with a bit of "stardust" mixed in thanks to DiamondCast technology, and each color is limited to 250 pieces. To top off the mystical recreation of the Northern Lights in the popular Esterbrook Camden model, Esterbrook partnered up with Hinze Pen Co. to bring new color offerings to their micro ceramic-coated nibs and clips. The collaboration made it possible to offer vivid purple, green, and turquoise not only on the finial and pen clip but on the fountain pen nib, as well. With its unique combination of design elements, the online exclusive Esterbrook Camden Northern Lights fountain pens are a welcome winter treat in the midst of the dog days of summer.

The Esterbrook Camden fountain pen design is a classic that's more shaped than the Esterbrook Estie fountain pen and perfect for everyday use. Each Esterbrook Camden Northern Lights fountain pen is fitted with a #6 stainless steel micro ceramic-coated fountain pen nib (coordinating with the trim color of your pen seen in the pen clip and the finial). The Esterbrook Camden design has recently been updated to house the same #6 Jowo nib that the Estie and Oversize Estie fountain pens use. Esterbrook made the change to elevate the writing experience and allow future Camden releases to swap nibs across the popular pen lines. (The ability to swap nibs across Esterbrook pen collections would exclude the JR Pocket pen collection as the smaller pens are fitted with a #5 Jowo nib).
