About the Diplomat Aero Volute
The Limited Edtion Diplomat Aero Volute fountain pen has a Zeppelin-inspired design with recessed grooves. The pen has a Hydro dipping marbling technique on the cap and barrel with white and black swirls making each one unique.
The Aero Volute has a soft snap cap design and is fitted with a #6 JoWo stainless steel nib. The filling system is a standard universal cartridge converter with both included with the pen. Onyl 1000 pieces made.

UNIQUE....This specific Diplomat model I purchased for the uniqueness of its "artwork" or process of coloring the pen....and because it is a Diplomat and and an "Aero". I like this style's shape, weight and balance. The Diplomat Nibs are also Par Excellence for this price range.

This is a beautiful pen that pictures don't do justice. I looks just black & white, but there is a subtle shade of brown as well that adds a nice complexity. Smooth nib, I plan on collecting each color of the Aero. They are sadly missing a bright green! Pen Chalet here's your opportunity to get them to make you an exclusive!

The nib (M) is a dream. Wonderfully smooth. Do wish the marbling pattern was a little more similar on cap and body.
