On the pen the ring is engraved to look like old roman décor. On the back of the pen we have Italy and Delta and the Delta logo is on the top of the cap. The roller ball on the clip has a unique feature with a roller ball to help slide it in and out of your pocket easier. The cap will unscrew. This nib is either a 14 carat gold or an 18 carat gold nib depending on the model and etched on it is the Delta logo and some other etchings.
This pen comes in either a cartridge or a converter, it depends on the size of the pen. This is a slim, both the medium and the slim come with a cartridge or converter. The stout version, or the undersize version are cartridge only and the oversize has an extra option where the body of the pen can be used as a reservoir which you fill that with an eye dropper. To change the cartridge or converter you unscrew the nib section from the barrel.

This is the Dolce Vita Fountain Pen. The box it comes in is a nice velvet case which has a hinged top to it. Inside you'll have a hologram to show the authenticity of the pen as well as the instructional manual. This particular pen is the slim version, it also comes with different sizes. Since receiving this pen a couple of weeks ago I have used it a lot. It is well made and fits nicely in the hand making for a comfortable writer. As for the writing, mine is an fine and it is smooth to write.

I have eyed this pen for a couple years and finally pulled the trigger. It was worth the wait. This medium sized pen is the perfect size for my everyday use. Its weight distribution is perfect and comfortable when posted. The distinctive orange and black design accented with sterling silver trim and 14K white gold medium nib is classic and very recognizable with all pen lovers. I love this pen! This is my second Delta, but not my last. Great Italian Brand.
