Exceptionally strong, Pau-Preto is considered to be among the very finest of all turning woods because it is capable of holding threads and other intricate details exceptionally well.
The All American™ Pau Preto collection is offered in three different trims: chrome, rose gold, or gunmetal. The Conklin All American Pau Preto fountain pen features Conklin’s original 1916 patented spring loaded rocker clip, and the Conklin® trademark and All American™ logo are elegantly engraved along the barrel. The pen's limited edition number is shown on the back of the cap.

This is a mighty and hefty pen, one of the heaviest I own, but it feels absolutely wonderful in my hand. I write with it unposted as for me the balance would be off, it can post. I have a medium nib which allows for easy, somewhat wet strokes. I highly recommend it--I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
