Each Benu Mini fountain pen comes fitted with a German made stainless steel nib.

This is Benu Minima fountain pen. It has somewhat of a unique design. The pen has a cigar shape but with faceted sides that keeps the pen in place if you set it down from rolling off the table. You can see from the end the sides are flat.
There is a black band at the center of the pen with a Benu logo on opposite sides, two logos. It has a unique resin that looks like mineral deposits. The sparkling silver catches the light and reflects different colors as the light hits it. Orange, and gold, and red. It also has a bluish color resin with small specks throughout.
The cap is threaded and unscrews. It is a good sized cap in relation to the size of the overall pen. The cap will not post on the end of the barrel, so it is a small pen to use, maybe that's why they call it the Minima. It has a black resin section with a stainless steel nib.
It is a cartridge converter style pen, so to unscrew the section from the pen. There is a standard international ink cartridge included. It will take any particular standard international cartridges you might want to use.

Doesn't come with or fit a converter. I used some silicone grease and converted to eyedropper fill. Using diamine sepia which looks like old gold to me and goes great. Gorgeous pen, but small.

The pen I chose was the skull Minima as I do love skull-themed/related items. The only thing I wish Benu would have done with the skull pen is like the Tattoo pens and added color to the recessed area of this Minima skull pen. It would show off the skulls much better than just black on black. Other than the aesthetics of the pen, it is like my other Benu pen - smooth writer with ink that flows well. As I expected, every time I pick it up to write, it is a pleasure to work with, hand to pen, pen to paper.
