It has this pearlized white cap, with these silver lines running through it depicting ice. Then, we have a chrome band separating the cap from the barrel. It has Pelikan Germany engraved on it and a nice thick chrome band and on the top of the cap we have the Pelikan logo.
This is a twist action ballpoint pen. To extend the refill you twist the cap in a clockwise direction. Twist it the opposite direction, and then the refill retracts. To change the ink on the pen, you simply unscrew that cap from the pen, then you can pull the refill out. It comes with a Pelikan 337 medium refill, great looking ballpoint pen.
