The Limited Edition 1948 Collection is a revitalized design of one of Conklin's vintage classics. Equally stunning and unique, the Conklin Israel 75 Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Limited Edition 1948 fountain pen is machined to perfection and scrupulously hand-polished. The cartridge converter fountain pen's body is made using one-of-a-kind high grade blue and white resin with olive wood accents, and striking chrome trim (pen clip and rings), and overlay. The Israel 75 is a visual representation of the country. The beautiful satin chrome overlay on the pen cap features a carved design with custom-made resin showing through the cut-outs highlighting symbols of Israel's cultural values: Israel (English) and Israel (in Hebrew), a dove and olive branch (symbolizing a token of peace), a seven-branched Menorah (symbolizing the seven days of Creation), Shalom (in Hebrew, meaning Peace or one of harmony and contentment), and the Torah (symbolizing the core of Jewish religious and spiritual tradition). The pen's finial features an intricately carved coin with the Star of David by Shema Yisrael (the centerpiece of the daily morning and evening prayer services).

The pen's chrome clip is etched with a grape vine design symbolizing the Tree of Life. Each pen box is fitted with a custom-designed sleeve decorated with cut-outs in the shapes of the pen’s overlay symbols through which the blue flag color is visible to create an intricate pattern on the sleeve that hints at the pen's stunning design.
