I bought the more inexpensive version oof this pen. It feels solid and writes very smoothly. I sense the felt tip may suffer if you press too hard. So far I am very pleased. It takes very little to get the ink started even after the pen sits for a while. Very nice product.

I like this pen NOW. I have been using fountain pens for over twenty years, yet had never used an ink cartridge before -- I usually purchase pens with integrated filling mechanisms (plunger, piston, vacuum, etc.); when I buy a cartridge/converter pen, I use a converter with bottled ink. This pen did not have a converter and I did not have a universal converter. So I used an old black cartridge than came with a pen two years ago -- the tip dried out within a minute of pausing while writing. Storing it tip up, as recommended, caused the ink to not flow, requiring dampening the tip with ink or water to restore the pen to writing. I soaked the nib overnight, bought a converter, and used new ink from a bottle -- the pen now writes first time every time! The documentation suggests only using new cartridges and avoiding black ink -- this was good advice! Now I need to throw out all of these ink cartridges that I keep getting with new pens but never use.

I really like how refillable this pen is. And if I leave it in the cabinet for too long it does dry out, but recovering from a hard start just involves wetting the tip with a little water. Looking forward to using this one for drawings in the future.

I Like the design choice to use a converter and be able to use bottle ink as well as cartridges. The Pen is very light for my hand, but it doesn't affect my drawing or writing. The Tip also comes in a nice selection of sizes.

I already own a couple of Yookers Metis pens and I just wanted something to keep another ink color in, so I thought I'd try this. Functionally, it's great. It works just as well as the more expensive pens. All in all, I'm very happy with the pen, though. I love these Yookers pens, and this one gets the job done.

The body, though, is very light and feels a little cheaper than I had hoped. About what you'd expect for the price, but I was hoping for more.

Incidentally, if you have nibs for the higher-end Yookers pens, be aware that they will not fit in the Yooth pens. They're threaded differently.

I am all in when it comes to new pen ideas that work. Clearly this does not. Then pen worked for one day and then stopped working. Ink does not flow to the felt tip and when you try to push some ink out it only comes out of the feeder hole just above the felt tip. I should return it but it would cost me more in postage and gas to drive to the post office than the value of this pen. I highly recommend keeping away from this and look for something else.

Like the idea but the concept of this pen is eluding me since the felt tip dries up and cannot get ink to flow properly. You need to clean out the pen and refill it which is a waste of time.

Honestly, I am disappointed in this pen. I was skeptical and figured I would try the less expensive version to try the theory of a fiber tip with fountain pen ink. I have been using Colorverse Mars Curiosity in it. Even from the first use, it has been hard to start. I have followed the instructions and storage tips. I use it multiple times a day. I keep a scratch pad close by so I can get it started before actually using it in my notebook. Maybe others have better luck with other ink, but I'm not especially impressed.

These pens are pretty interesting. I've been happy with mine so far. I bought it out of curiosity, as I always use a fountain pen. The ink doesn't flow consistantly on coated papers like Rhodia or Tomoe River, but they tell you that it won't and they don't recommend the use of those papers. It's not that it doesn't write, it's just that the ink lightens and darkens. I've been using it in an LT1917 lately with no issues at all, and find it pretty fun to have around for jotting down the quick note on a post-it, or whatever. I haven't cleaned it out yet, so I'm not sure as to how difficult that will be. I do find that the tip is a little firmer than your normal Micron, or felt-tipped pen, but it does seem to soften a bit with use. I may consider getting the other size tips just so I can play around with it some more.
