The pen has a nice weight. The ink flow is clean and full, quick-drying on all kinds of paper (unlike a few of my favorite fountains pens). It's become a go-to pen because of its dependability and flexibility.

I have never had a felt tip pen like this before......and I LOVE IT!!!! Being able to use different inks (cartridge or converter) makes this worth the money for a metal felt tip pen. The weight, size and balance are spot on.

I like the screw on/off cap, the pen has a look and feel of quality. I ordered Diamine Majestic Blue cartridges and am extremely pleased with the ink color and the feel of the fiber tip on paper. If you enjoy writing with a felt tip pen then this is the right choice for you. I loaded mine with Noodlers Cobalt blue with the .8 tip - writes very smooth and no skipping. Only issue is when you start the day you may get a dry line to start. Once in use there are no issues throughout the day.

The pen is even better than advertised! Writes perfectly, starts immediately. I ordered the pen, along with 3 extra nibs, in size 1.0. I think 0.8 would have been a better choice for my writing style.

The feel of the checked-pattern is incredible. This pen feels like a super expensive, super high quality writing utensil. I do wish the tip came in a smaller size than .8. I filled mine with Platinum Carbon Black, and it writes great. The included converter has an agitator in it, which is a nice touch. I also wish the screw cap was a slip cap. Pen writes like a good, fresh sharpie, as far as feel goes. I haven’t experienced flow issues.
