It’s a beautiful pen. I had it personalized and the engraved the clip instead of the body of the pen. So the name is tiny, but I guess it’s better than scratching the artwork. The Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 ballpoint refill inside it skips a lot so I replaced that with a Fisher refill I had laying around. Now it’s perfectly ready for gifting!

Very nice balance on this pen. Smooth open and close action. Clip is snug but not so tight that you have to fight it to slide into your pocket, jeans etc..... May order another one of these for my wife.

Love ALL Retro1951 pens! I especially love the Tornado HoneyBee rescue pen. The artwork is amazing, the texture and color of the pen are especially appeasing, and I love, Love, LOVE the finial of the bear. Great pen that is a great addition to my growing Retro1951 collection. This was the first of two pens I purchased from Pen Chalet. They have excellent customer service and are excellent at product fulfillment. I'll be buying more from Retro1951 and more from Pen Chalet!
