Feels good to write with, kind of chunky, and it even made my handwriting better! and I like the color.

I really like this mechanical pencil. The build quality is top-notch and it is very functional. As long as you closely watch how far you extend the lead from the pencil, you shouldn't have issues with it breaking off. I have drawn with it constantly since I got it two weeks ago, and only snapped a lead once. I wish the pencil took 0.7 rather than a 0.9, but it's a small quibble. There's a small screwdriver where the eraser should be, They should just flop that around. I have the yellow version, and I have to say it totally rocks.

I picked up two of these mechanical pencils. One for my dad, a hobby woodworker, and one for myself, an industrial contractor. These pencils are hefty feeling and have just enough function and character to attract attention.

I look forward to putting some miles on this pencil. I hope that the weight and solid fit and finish turn into many years of use.

I love this heavy weight mechanical pencil . . . . the best of all the many mechanical pencils that I have.
