Oh my goodness. I bought this pen because I like small, portable pens. I honestly didn't realize when I got it that it had a gold nib. I also got a medium nib, though I usually prefer a F or even EF nib.
This pen is so very smooth in its writing! I'm sure it's a combination of the gold/med nib, but it's just effortless to write with. And it's sleek and elegant looking too.
I filled it with Sailor Yama-dori ink. #hearteyes So lovely, so much fun to write with!

I purchased this thinking it would be cool to have more of a knock-around, pocket gold-nib pen. The construction quality is excellent (Pilot seems to know what they're doing) and it's very pleasant to use as an everyday writer... but it's so nice looking; now I don't want to knock it around!

This is an interesting pen. The nib writes fantastic. I got a medium since it is a Japanese pen and expected it to write more like a fine. However, I find this writes like a western medium. It is small and light and can easily fit in a purse. I am not sure I would put it in a pocket. My hands are small and I can use it without posting but I post it. Great value for a great gold nib.
