I can't get over the elegance and fine writing experience of this Opus 88 product. Watching the ink slosh around in the barrel is a simple treat. I love this pen.

The Omar is about the same size as the Demonstrator except it has the rounded top finial and barrel ends. I know some people don't care for eyedropper pens, but it uses the Japanese style of eyedroppering with a rod & o-ring to shut off ink when not writing with the pen. I prefer this method over any pen that doesn't have a shutoff mechanism.

I have the Holiday version and it looks great. The pen is larger than I expected but very comfortable to write with. Holds a lot of ink. Liked it so much I added an Omar to my collection.

Although this is a large pen, it fits quite comfortably in my hand. It is lightweight, which allows me to write for longer periods. It's a good looking pen-the color reminds me of a large piece of butterscotch! With a broad nib it adds character to my usual scrawl.

Really a beautiful writing experience. Great ink capacity. It’s a large pen but not super heavy. The nib is buttery smooth and the shut off valve takes a bit to get used to but once you get it it works well. Very happy.

Opus 88 has quickly become my favorite pen company and the Omar is my favorite of their collection. It's big, bold, and writes wonderfully. The quality is excellent. It holds enough ink to last a very long time.

I am SO in love with this pen. Gorgeous. I ordered a medium nib, which writes beautifully but is a tad too big for me so I’ve ordered a fine replacement nib. I’m so excited!
