Noodlers Standard Flex Creaper Fountain Pens Reviews
It's not working quite as I expected, but I have a lot to learn about fountain pens. Wanted that more calligraphic ability and haven't quite figured out how to get the thicks and thins out of this yet. But a great value for the money.

I'm such a newbie to fountain pens that purchasing one that does not use cartridges was a major, scary plunge. However, I could not be happier. Love the piston filling mechanism and adore the flex nib which allows me to produce thick and thin lines. Heaven! I now own the honey-colored one, filled with brown ink, the blue one, filled with a nice blue ink, and this one filled with burgundy ink. So fun. Thank you, Pen Chalet!

This was the first fountain pen I have purchased in a very long time. I find this pen to be a nice light, comfortable pen, good quality. Very happy with it.

Given general reviews about the Noodler's pens being stubborn, I expected to have to "fiddle" with this pen to have good results - that was definitely not the case. I have actually had great luck with all of my Noodler's Pens including this one as well as the Ahab, two Neponsets, and a Konrad - they are all some of my favorites in my collection. The color on this Vulcan Coral colored pen is a nice swirl between reds/browns. Barrell is much thinner than the other Noodler's Pens mentioned above, but a great fit for the hand and the nib offers a great range of flex for me. I have enjoyed this one more than I had originally anticipated.

Just received the pen and started puttering with it. Love it, so far. It is small (for my small hands, I'll fess up) and light as air. The nib flows well with a fine line that is crisp and clean. Workmanship is well done and I plan to putter with this for some time. Good for notes in books, sketches on scraps of paper, and for personal notes to friends, and to some 'frenemies'. Merci pour le stylo grande petite fontaine!

Very nice little pen with good line variation. Nib is a wee bit scratchy. For my small hands this pen works very nicely.

This has been flat out the best working noodler’s pen that I’ve ever bought, and I’ve bought all of them. By best working, I mean that it actually works. It actually writes and it actually flexes.
The purple resin in nothing to write home about. It looks fine, but it’s not special. It smells very bad.
The nib is tiny. The pen is tiny. It does flex, but not much at all. At least it works, and works out of the box. The ink capacity is small, but that’s fine. The pen posts nicely, though doesn’t have to be posted. The ink window is perfectly usable.

Great pen for little amount that it cost. Writes well and did not have to tinker with it out of the box.
