Today was the first time for me to try out this pen. I am relatively new to using fountain pens and thus far my experience has been a great one! I really like how easy it is to prepare the pen and install the ink cartridge. Writing with it is very enjoyable and relatively smooth. A few of my students have asked to give this pen a try and they all have said they really liked it. Thank you for providing a quality product that will last me for a great many years.

My first Monteverde and it won't be my last! Looks good, feels great in my hand, posted or not, delivers a consistent flow of ink right from the beginning and writes beautifully! Very smooth! I've purchased far more expensive pens that are not nearly as good. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

This was one of the first Monteverde pens that I bought. I'll be honest, I bought it strictly because of it's appearance...I really did not know much about fountain pens back then. But I love it just as much today as the day I bought it ! Good quality craftsmanship has a way of doing that !
