Love this pen easily the best flex fountain pen I’ve come across. The nib is so soft it makes you slow down your writing to achieve the best effect of line variation plus it shows off shading ink’s wonderfully.

This pen's flexible 14K gold nib is truly flexible, and comparable to a wet noodle from the golden era. The feed is ebonite, and has extra large air passages with dual ink channels so that you will never railroad, no matter how wide or fast you write. The nib starts with hairlines if you put no pressure on it, and can spread to 2 mm (maybe more, but I didn't want to spring it). You really need to have good hand control with this nib. Too much pressure, and you'll write BBB width. The ink consumption of this pen is crazy! On a Rhodia #18 (A4) size pad, I managed to get 3 pages of writing with a full converter. I recommend that you use your drier inks, like Parker Quink black, or Pelikan inks, to reduce the flow a bit. You'll soon realize that this pen was meant to be an eyedropper. That will let you use at least 3.5 ml of ink capacity. Very nicely finished hard ebonite body, with gold trim. The styling is very reminiscent of my Waterman 52, minus the lever. But, the nib is the star here.
