It's a really beautiful pen. I prefer to use the converter so I have my choice of inks, and it writes very nicely. I used Diamine Solstice, which was hard to get out, but worth it.

What a stunning pen! Very beautiful. Writes very smooth, can't believe it's a steel nib. Only fault I have which is very minor, is that you get a small amount of resistance in the middle of the capping/uncapping, but it's no big deal. Very happy with my purchase.

Marvelous pen. The fell and the look of the Positano resin is incredible. I was expecting a Jowo nib and I got a Bock but no issues at all. It wrote perfectly right out of the box. One of the few fine nibs I won. I picked a fine to write on the crappy paper I have to use for work every days so one the ink is laid on paper it writes more like a medium. On quality paper in get an excellent fine line. I will be saving for a Furore.
