Opus 88 always has good nibs from my experience. I bought an Omar with an EF because that was the only option at the time, but with the capacity of the pen, i'd wanted to see use the ink in a reasonable amount of time. I dislike broad nibs, so i bought a medium here & it's smooth and always writes first time, no problem! God bless (Matthew 5:45)!

This is my first stub nib, and I purchased it to replace a fine nib in my Opus 88 Demonstrator that was just a little too stingy with ink for my taste. The nibs we’re extremely easy to switch out, the new nib fits perfectly, and now I get so much joy out of the stylistic flourishes this stub nib provides. I’m beyond pleased.
