I love it. I like oversized pens that are not heavy. The medium nib is perfect for me. I use it unposted. I am a psychotherapist and write notes as I listen to clients. I mostly do.notlook at the notes as I write, so I need a reliable pen that is wet and is bold. I write about 5 pages per client. It is imperative that my pens are light, as my hand will cramp up pretty quickly with any weight or if I have to grip. Ballpoint pens are horrid because of the amount I have to grip one. The piston works well and the pen holds a fair amount of ink. Great price for a great pen.

I am absolutely in love with this pen. It exceeded my expectations in looks and performance. This is the best modern flex nib I have used and is very close to the wet noodle vintage pen I own. It is so soft and springy and if you keep air out of the converter it doesn't railroad at all. The white Perla Nera is stunning. I love it.

I've been eyeing a Maiora for a while now and when this one came available at the sale price I paid I didn't hesitate. It seems to me an excellent pen and, at the sale price, an excellent value. Very handsome--the photos don't do it justice because the depth of the acrylic simply can't be captured in a photo. The nib writes very smoothly and well. No hard starts or skips. Nice even flow consistently. However, the nib is not all that flexible.

The pen is extremely well made and is quite beautiful. It is on the large size. When you hold it, you know that you are holding a quality pen. The extra fine flex nib writes smoothly on most papers. There is some noise from the nib when writing, but it is so smooth that I hesitate to describe it as feedback. The extra fine flex nib in reality doesn't flex much, and there is not much line variation. It's just a fine and smooth writing nib. I enjoy refilling the pen by removing the end cap, and I consider that a plus. It's apparent that this pen was designed and manufactured by people who are passionate about pens and producing quality writing instruments.

The Maiora Aventus exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful resin, the clip, and other decor are elegant, jewelry quality and feels very durable. The fine flex nib is a dream to write with, and the grip and overall weight are very comfortable for long writing. Also pleasantly surprised by how much ink the piston cartridge holds once I figured out how to fill it.
