The first bottle of Fast Dry Pen Chalet sent was empty, bone dry. I contacted your company and a full bottle was sent out immediately. I put the functionality at average because I find the wide opening on the bottle problematic to use on my slant top desk. Also when I opened the bottle, it got ink on me and on my desk. Not that this matters to you. I have taken measures to prevent this. The ink is a great shade of blue and dries quickly which is what I wanted.
