Beautiful color. The blotting tape dispenser could use a bit of work, or the paper could be a bit more perforated for ripping off the intended small piece. I found that if I didn't stabilize the paper at the "cutting" point I would get more than I bargained for and it was a bit fussy to train it back into the bottle.

I purchased this Lamy Turmaline ink on sale from Pen Chalet and love the color! It's a beautiful teal blue color that I'm currently using in my eyedropper-converted Platinum Preppy Fine nibbed fountain pen. It performs well with no hard starts whatsoever in the Preppy. I'm always impressed by this starter pen as it has yet to let me down. I would definitely encourage you to buy this Lamy Turmaline if you're in need of a very pretty teal blue color. It's a great value, and I see it's still on sale! Thank you, Pen Chalet!

This is the “Tourmaline”. Nice fast drying ink, good saturation. A bit greener than “Turquoise”

Tourmaline is an amazing, teal ink. The color blows me away everytime I use it. Not too wet for a left hander like me and great for though. Knocked it out of the park on this color, Lamy. And cheap too!
