I really loved the pen and wrestled with the decision of returning it. When it arrived I had problems with the twist feed. So I opened it up to switch out the refill to my surprise there a spring cool feel out of my pen. I opened all the other Aurora pens that I purchased and none of them had a spring mechanism falling out of it. I love the pen so I am keeping it! Just a little disappointed to spend $280 and you have a spring inside of the refill chamber.
