The Ferris Wheel Press x LOTR Bijou Fountain Pens are pure collector magic. We are traveling for fun and for work pretty regularly this summer and I was super excited to take this Ferris Wheel Press Sugar Beach Collection Travel Set with me. These miniatures are perfect to pop into your carryon bag or to keep with you in your bag. They are pretty and take up a very small amount of room and I absolutely love these colors too. Even while traveling, although I value traveling light, I also crave variety in the ink colors and tools that I take with me. This ink charge set gives you portability and flexibility to plan and write in your journal with fun colors.

Thus far, this is my favorite ink. I chose workshop wishes and it feels like I am writing with magic spun into every word. Dispite it being a shimmer ink, it was fairly well behaved and easy to clean out of my pen.

Beautiful ink with no issues as long as you use a wide enough nib & roll your pen from time to time to mix & keep seeing the shimmer. I ordered this with the matching Carousel pen for my birthday with a violet FWP notebook and they make a fun and functional set. FWP inks are hit and miss for me but this one is dark enough with a great flow, no clogging even in a medium, to use regularly so it will stay in rotation. Very nice.

This is my new favorite ink, easily. It’s a gorgeous kind of pthalo green base with a deep almost purple red sheen, and a stunning pink/gold duochrome shimmer. I find it to be wetter than most Ferris wheel press inks, and all the features show up well when used in my medium nib Kaweco student. I’m so glad I got the 85ml bottle, I’ve already gone through two converters of it.

Looks great with my keepsake collection. I used it once with Pelikan Edelstein Rose Quartz. It was so pretty, that I decided to let the ink dry up in it. I did not purchase this item to use. However; it worked wonderfully the one time I used it. Love it.

Such a nice ink. The shading is excellent and the deep green color is really unique. It loads well on my oblique and dip pens. Be sure to shake it before using. The bottle is not really conducive to loading up pens, so I'll probably use a syringe towards the end. Love the bottle though!

Have to say, I fell in love with the Tumultuous Tides Ink first! Then I found the corresponding pen & just had to have it! It writes beautifully. Having some more expensive fountain pens ($100-$200 range) I wasn't expecting much but was rather quite impressed with the quality of nib & smoothness of the pen while operating.
