The Maiora Aventus exceeded my expectations. It's a beautiful resin, the clip, and other decor are elegant, jewelry quality and feels very durable. The fine flex nib is a dream to write with, and the grip and overall weight are very comfortable for long writing. Also pleasantly surprised by how much ink the piston cartridge holds once I figured out how to fill it.

This pen is so pretty, I almost don't want to use it. I think I should display it on a shelf with a light shining on it. Seriously, I did do a dip test and it writes smoothly. The color is mesmerizing, and it has more depth than I thought. More importantly, Pen Chalet has wonderful sales and really amazing and responsive customer service!

Marvelous Pen. Love the materials from which it is made. Love the colors of yellow within it. Excellent nib, writes smoothly with the inks I use, and the papers too. Service was quick, painless, efficient. Shipping was fast. No complaints at all. I will be back to Pen Chalet for more Maiora pens.

This is a Gorgeous Pen!!! this is considered an oversize pen and it is larger than my Montblanc 149 and Pelikan M1000. It does have sterling silver around the cap band and it is micro stamped as silver...very nice touch. Writes really good, it comes with a Jowo Nib. If you are used to writing with JoWo nibs, this is the same. I would have loved to get their gold version of this pen but for nearly 500 dollars more, i passed up on it. I wish their gold nib version of this pen was cheaper but i could buy 3 of these for that price and the steel nib nonetheless is a fantastic write. Amazing pen, highly recommend this product.

Posillipo is a beautiful combination of color. Happy and cheerful to look at. The pen is comfortably oversized...but certainly not too big. Do not let that deter you. It is a pen that is bit thicker in hand, but very comfortable. I have a fine nib and it is rather pleasant and smooth to write with with a very small amount of feedback just perfect for me. Well made pen with a substantial feel and construction quality! I am very happy to have found this pen on sale at Pen Chalet at a exceptionally affordable price!

My arthritic hands LOVED this pen. It's huge, yet lightweight and gorgeous to boot. The Ex-Fine nib was smooth right out of the box. My first pen from this line, I'm impressed, and like as not will buy another. Looks and writes like a much more expensive pen.

I received my Maiora Impronte back in February of 2020. I was highly anticipating this pen and took a quick look at it without taking out of the box and put it away to pull out on my next pen ink rotation. Move fast forward to July and I take the pen out to ink up when I notice a line what looked to me as a hair on the cap and to my surprise the cap was cracked. I reached out to Pen Chalet customer support explaining the situation and that I was willing to pay for a new cap since this was my fault clearly for not looking at the pen much more closely when it first arrive. Pen Chalet support was fast and they understood the issue. Till this day I have no new cap and due to Covid pandemic I realize this will take some time no fault of Pen Chalet whatsoever. I have used this pen faithfully and has become one of my all time favorites thus far. I am hoping that I will be able to get a new cap before this pen is discontinued.

I bought the smaller orange model of this pen. It is really beautiful. I was surprised at how pretty it is.
It feels nice in the hand. I got the fine. It's not as fine as a Japanese fine nib, but it's finer than medium and I like it. They took the time to finish this pen nicely, even the converter is cool looking. This is the most expensive pen I ever bought, it's cool to have a limited edition Italian pen. The only negative thing I can say about it is the box. It looked really cool on the video but it's actually just plastic and foam. Nothing I want to save.

Easy to hold and a delight to write with, the Impronte fits comfortably into my hand and rests easily on the crook between my thumb and index finger. The option of removing the heel to twist the knob of the piston filler convertor seems an extravagance, but at least it obviates removing the barrel to get to the convertor. I prefer the amber (almost a tiger eye color) to the black. The Fine nib suits me as well. Barrel diameter:14.5mm, grip diameter: 10mm, and the barrel itself is almost 135mm long.
