This item fulfills the hype on videos and advertisements. The range of section sizes it will accommodate is very large and for wide vintage pens like the Montblanc Hemingway I have found I can rely upon the rubber gasket alone to create a seal thereby not putting undue pressure on the section during filling. First rate all the way, well done Pineider!

This is a hand little device but there is a slight learning curve. I lucked out on my first attempt at using it but I wasn't so fortunate on my second attempt and I ended up with ink all over my hand. I learned to verify that the seal on the pen is good before turning over the pen filler.

This is a winner! After watching a short video of how to use it, I had no problems inking my pens using it. It makes no mess, like I usually do lol. I love how easy it is to pack in my edc and take some extra ink with me. I don't have to worry about any leaks.

I have discovered these Pineider pen fillers are the perfect implement for filling a Conklin Crescent Filler all the way up. Seal the section into the filler, turn the assembly bottom-side-up, squeeze the crescent twice, and it is completely full. No more worrying with the non-demonstrator crescent fillers if it's full or not.

I like this pen filler. It does its job well, and it has measurements marked right on the bottle. It was a little weird coming apart to clean it. I prefer to decant my inks when I fill my pens, and then just keep refilling from the initial decant. This allowed me to get an extra full fill first try, and the pen cleanup afterwards was easy. Dumped the rest of the ink in a sample vial for next time since I reuse my fillers. You could also just store the ink in it for next time. It is a little pricey for what it does, but it shouldn't have to be replaced ever, either.
