This a beautiful pen. Very elegant pen and a wonderful, smooth EF nib. So happy I took a chance and got this pen. I love it. I bought the Red Skyline and have no regrets. My first Diplomat and not my last.

Excellence A2, Midnight blue, 14k bicolored F nib: beautiful lacquered blue, changes hue in the sunlight; perfectly weighted, well balanced both uncapped & capped; hear & feel soft ‘click’ when capping, and even when posting the cap, which is very secure; quick access AND does not dry out the nib in the 2 x weeks I have been using the first cartridge w/ daily use. Excellently smooth writer, and some unexpected but appreciated line variation. Very professional, functional & aesthetically delightful fountain pen. Excellent service from Pen Chalet!
