Krishna RC 20ml (square bottle) Fountain Pen Ink Reviews
Although I can see some small green sheen around the brown/orange, I am a little disappointed and certainly expected more sheen, particularly for the price/ml

i loooove love moonview. it's so sheeny and shiny. i wouldn't recommend putting this in a nice pen, (i use jinhao's for this) but i like mixing different inks with moonview for some very cool effects. one of my faves was about 70% pilot blue black, 5-10% platinum carbon black, and 20-25% moonview. it gave a super strange midnight blue with a crazy white-red sheen. love it!
moonview, on its own, also works really well in flex pens and stubs. basically anything that writes a bold, wet line. delicious.

I'm not a big ink buff, YET, but I really love this Moonview ink! When you make sure to have fountain pen ink friendly paper, this stuff shows out! The Sheen from a royal/navy blue to this deep violet purple-ish color is gorgeous! This ink does take a little longer than plain ink to dry, and you won't get the sheening nearly as well unless you use it on premium paper. I am a fan!

I got Moonview 2, and love it. It's an ink with a tremendous amount of sheen, but the sheen is variable depending on the pen and papers used. If I'm using a paper that doesn't sheen well, then a high sheen ink like this will get me back to the level that I like. Otherwise, the blue is a nice darkish blue with a tint of green, so it's great for just about any use.
My only complaint is the cost of the ink for such a small bottle. The volume is not labeled, but it's 20ml, and many other companies charge the same price for 40-60ml. The bottle is also not very attractive, but I can live with that.

Krishna Sea at Night: Great shading with flex nib! Dark teal and dark red/purple. Works best on nice paper.

This is a good ink and one I would consider high quality.
My only issue with it is not so much the ink itself but the color that was portrayed in it's advertising.
It show a heave look of red, which it is not. It is very dark blue with a potential for red sheen. It does have the red sheen when you angle your view. To me it is much like Organics Studio "Nitrogen."
But if you like that it would please you.

I'm not happy with this ink. It causes my Pilot Metropolitan to have a hard start, and I can't stop writing for more than a few seconds without my ink drying up in the nib. The color is nice enough, but not worth the trouble.
