Different from any fisher pen I've has. Due to style it fits the hand well. Typical Fisher refill is smooth to write with. Clip is sturdy as is whole pen.

Super nice pen if you like 'em substantial. That said, the pen is not heavy but it feels solid and very well built. The ink on mine tends to spot a little and I find I have to wipe the tip once in a while, but this has nothing to do with the pen itself. I really like the feel of this pen, but you have to like something robust if this is gooing to work for you.
