Available in five demonstrator colors inspired by the most sought after gemstones, each of the Visconti Homo Sapiens Demo Stones fountain pens is a natural encounter with light that showcases the depth and fluidity of the design.

Each of the fountain pens feature a semi-precious stone located in the top of the pen cap. The Ruby fountain pen features a red carnelian stone. The Emerald fountain pen features a green agate stone, and the Sapphire features a blue agate stone. While the semi-precious stones were hand-picked by Visconti to emulate the three gems that inspired the colors in the Demo Stones Pen Collection, they also showcase the beauty of this Visconti demonstrator design; revealing the coveted double reservoir power filling system. Visconti's patented Double Reservoir Power Filler is a unique filling system with a greater ink capacity. Pens using the Visconti Double Reservoir Power Filler are also safe for use during flights.

Home Sapiens Demo Stones fountain pens are designed, and created in Visconti's Florentine workshop. The barrel and cap are both made with turned acrylic resin, and hand polished with special felt tools. The bridge clip features the Visconti logo and tone on tone enamel. Visconti Homo Sapiens Demo Stones fountain pens are fitted with Visconti's large, in-house 14kt gold nib.
