The latest addition to the Medici collection, the Visconti il Magnifico fountain pen is named after Lorenzo de' Medici, an Italian statesman and 15th Century ruler of the Florentine Republic, also known as "il Magnifico" (the Magnificent). Visconti's il Magnifico fountain pen embodies the essence of the Renaissance period and showcases luxurious precious materials including a pen body of solid Italian Levanto marble.

The il Magnifico pen cap is finely chiseled with the fleur-de-lis motif, which is a symbol of Florence. At the crown of the cap, you see the Medici family coat of arms. The Florentine theme continues with the pen body's eight faceted sides (like the Baptistery of Florence).

Each Visconti il Magnifico Fountain Pen comes with a double reservoir filling system, Visconti's 18kt Gold nib, and a "Hook Safe Lock" cap. Limited to only 188 pieces worldwide.
