It has a nice orange color and behaved well.

LOVELY discovery of Stipula ink during a PChalet sale, the Musk Green is now one of my favorite colours. Well behaved and great volume (70ml). the packaging is less refined but hey, I'd rather pay more for the ink than gimmicky bottles or packaging

Nice sized ink bottle. Simple design. Amber glass bottle to prevent ink breakdown from the light. Nice cap opening. For the price it's a keeper.

This ink is nice. It's not a very rich dark red. I feel it is more of a toned down dark red, but is not dull. It a red that sort of settles in its place rather than leaping out at you.
Shading is good. Very little copper-golden-I can't tell-sheen with a great amount of pooling.

These inks have an excellent flow, lubrication, saturation and offer good shading and performance on multiple types of paper. 70ml is also a pretty good volume of ink for the price, only topped by Noodler's inks. I have both the dark red and musk green colors...they are excellent, with plenty of character and shading on diverse kinds of paper. I would say that both colors are suitable for business use and I know for a fact that the musk green has pretty good water resistance (have not tested the dark red yet).

There is no weird smell and the bottles are quite sturdy. As they are tailor made for the Stipula filling system, they do have a plastic stopper just under the cap but the mouth of the bottle is big enough to get any pen in there. You don't necessarily need that filling system attachment to get good usage out of this ink. Overall, it's a good value and a solid performer. I am looking forward to trying out more from this line!

I got this one free due to the Pen Chalet Ink Rewards Program. I've never tried this brand before. There is an inner plastic cap in addition to the outer screw-on top, so it should be properly sealed. I found this "Dark Blue" a bit on the dry side, especially if used with a Fine nib. When paired with a Stipula pen, felt it wrote smoother than in a Laban or Maiora.

I purchased this in Deep Blue after some research (looking up reviews). I thought the light blue color would be an interesting addition to my collection. The bottle is quite large, packed in its own box complete with styrofoam inserts. When you twist open the cap, you'll find a rubber stopper to prevent leakage, which I find nifty but somewhat cumbersome because the ink ALWAYS gets on my fingers trying to get it out. The ink itself is a very vibrant purple-blue - completely different than what I expected. There is a dab of the ink on the packaging and label but those were the lighter blue I was expecting and nothing like what was inside. I contacted PenChalet and they sent a new bottle to me, but I received the same. Stipula sent a message that made me think that the color I got wasn't correct, but they haven't responded since. I do like the color, but it wasn't something I expected. I think it is a good value though. I originally wanted the dark green but it sold out.

When you buy a bottle of ink...you want the color to be vivid. You want it to be quick drying. I like the coverage to be smooth, even flowing and consistent. This did not disappoint.
