About Gold Marbled Pelikan M200 Gold Marbled
The Pelikan M200 Gold Marbled fountain pen comes in the same body style with a piston filling mechanism as other Pelikan 200 pens. Crafted from a special marbled resin that has a mother of pearl effect with various shades of gold. The cap and section are made of white precious resin and the ink window is a transparent brown. Each M200 has been fitted with a gold plated stainless steel nib and comes in a gift box.

And of course, we have the Pelikan M200 Gold Marbled Fountain Pen. As you can see, the barrel has a shimmering resin that has some lighter and darker shades. It also has a slight transparency so you can see the ink levels inside.
It is a piston style fountain pen so the body fills with ink. The white resin knob at the end of the barrel is what actuates the pistons. There is a small gold ring between the rest of the barrel and that little knob on the end. Same matching resin on the cap with gold trim. The pen has a traditional Pelikan bill-shaped clip and the Pelikan logo on the top of the cap.
The pen also has a small gold band at the bottom of the cap which is engraved with Pelikan on one side and Germany on the other. It is a threaded cap that will unscrew and post on the pen. The Pelikan 200 is a smaller pen so you probably would want it to post. It also has a matching white section with the rest of the white on the pen. It also comes with a stainless steel gold-plated nib and a black feed. There is also a small ink viewing window here. There is just a slight bronze color with the transparency so you can see the ink level inside as well.

The M200 is really a little bit too small for my big hands, but has a good size, when posting the cap. It is my first small FTN Pen. It is not dripping, not too wet, and not messy at all. Sometimes I have to watch the angle, in which the nib is touching the paper, but it's perfect on a flat desk or table. The piston sucks in the ink easily, and the ink flow is good and reliable. Style and design are very pleasant to look at. The pen is a great pleasaure to have and to work with.

Smallish, light pen, with all the Pelikan quality you would expect from the brand. Smallish and light aren't bad things in the M200 range. I like the M200s for those very reasons. They feel agile in the hand.
