The Lamy Logo is a cartridge converter style pen, so Lamy includes an Lamy L10 ink cartridge in blue ink with the pen. This is the stainless, brushed stainless steel version of the Lamy Logo Fountain Pen. It has glossy, or polished chrome on the ends of the cap and the barrel of the pen and on the cap it has a nice, large chrome colored clip, spring loaded and opens nice and easily, makes it easy to get into your pocket, has the Lamy logo here on the top of the cap of the pen. You can see that brushed stainless steel on both the cap and the barrel.
The cap is compression fit so it snaps off of the top of the pen and it can be posted if you would like to. It does make a longer pen once it's posted. I think I prefer to write without the cap posted on this particular pen.
You can see that grip section has raised and lowered sections. Makes it, you know, easy to grip and a good grip for the pen as you're writing and you can see that stainless steel nib on the fountain pen. To change the ink on the Lamy Studio, you unscrew that grip section from the barrel. You can insert the ink cartridge that's included with the pen. You can also purchase a Lamy LZ26 ink converter if you want to use bottle inks on the pen.
Great fountain pen. I really like the design. It's just simple, it's basic. Get your Lamy Logo Fountain Pen at PenChalet.com!

This is the Lamy Logo Fountain Pen. It comes in a black plastic box with the Lamy logo embossed in silver on the top of the box lid. There's also a use and care guide on the underside of the box.The Lamy Logo is a cartridge converter style pen, so Lamy includes an Lamy L10 ink cartridge in blue ink with the pen. The thin, minimalistic design of the Logo stands out from the thicker fountain pen styles you usually see. Unfortunately after only a few days of use, the upper body of the pen separated from the lower half. The pen body was secured by glue that failed. Had to return the pen and won't buy another one if that is how the pen is built.

I like the pen, but chose the wrong nib. The Fine nib scratches the paper and actually picks up some residue from the paper as it writes. I've ordered a medium nib, which I expect will eliminate this issue. Thought the pen would have more weight to it, and a little thicker from the picture. Overall I am happy with the pen.

Nice looking pen. But it fell apart. The connection between nib segment and body would not hold.

The coupling that holds the grip section to the body failed. It pulls out of the body instead of staying in as it should.

The pen is great quality . The clip and barrel are great. As with all Lamy pens the nib is on the “scratchy” side. This is not a negative thing , it just gives more feedback. I wet sanded it down with an extremely fine sanding stick and now it writes buttery smooth!

Great pen for fidgeters! I love the spring loaded clip that is smooth going on or off. The grippy grip is excellent! Caps very securely. Only downside was that the nib was a bit scratchy out of the box. I tuned it and it will be a daily carry now.

FAQs about the Lamy Logo
Q:
Can you refill the cartridge with a syringe and just use that as your converter for different inks if you clean it out between colors? Or just use it for a dedicated color, rather than buying a converter?A:
Yes, of course. Any pen that uses a cartridge can always be refilled using a syringe rather than a converter.
