The Sailor pigmented inks, all three of Kiwa Giro, Sei-boku and Sou-boku are all absolutely excellent. The provide good lubrication and the nib really glides. Kiwa Giro and Sou-boku are great on all papers. Sei-boku can bleed on really cheap paper, copy paper is fine but if you get absolute garbage, you will get some feathering and bleeding. Lovely colors.
Don't be scared about these being pigmented inks. I found them really easy to clean. Just as easy as saturated dye based inks. No hard starts or any problems whatsoever. Just remember to clean your pens every 3-4 fills if you aren't changing colors and really well if you are changing colors.

This ink is awesome! I'm only allowed to use blue ink at work, so I decided to give this a try since none of my other blue inks are particularly friendly to bad paper. I use it in a TWSBI Eco with an EF nib, and it flows beautifully! It doesn't feather or bleed on the terrible copy paper we use at my workplace, and even shows a touch of shading on that paper!
