The ink bottle met my expectations. It was in excellent shape. It was empty as I expected, but there was a little dab of ink remaining so that I was able to wet a Q-tip and make a swab on a piece of paper. This gives me "real world" look at the ink to help me decide in the future whether or not I would want to purchase a bottle of the ink.
