I enjoy using this pen. I've been using Noodler ink with success as the main issue is the drying of the tip when not used for a period of time. This does not replace my other types of pens but rather it supplements them. Unfortunately the .8 mm tip is the finest they offer but it's sturdy and it seems like it will be long wearing.

I only bought this because of the grid pattern, and while it's attractive that's all it has going for it. With the included cartridge or the converter it dries up and won't flow worth a darn. I consider it a stupid concept and total waste of money.

Very nice pen. Somewhat worried about reliability and usefulness. Thus far it's great, no drying out. Ready to go as soon as I unscrew the cap. Colors are bold with the ink cartridges purchased (Diamine Ink) sherwood green and prussian blue. Purchased the 1.4 tip, keeps my handwriting honest but will buy a smaller diameter for additional usefulness. Recommended, this pen is useful for me and NOT a desk toy/novelty.

I purchased this for my father for a birthday present. He loves it however after writing 15 pages in his small journal the tip started to fray/become more angled. Is this normal?

The pen has a nice weight. The ink flow is clean and full, quick-drying on all kinds of paper (unlike a few of my favorite fountains pens). It's become a go-to pen because of its dependability and flexibility.
