Montegrappa F1® Speed Limited Edition Rollerball Pens

It's a green light for Montegrappa's next official Formula 1® project: the limited-edition F1® Speed collection. The Montegrappa F1® Speed Limited Edition rollerball pen is a modern thoroughbred that pushes the envelope using hi-tech materials and techniques to create a silhouette with obvious connections to Formula 1 high-tech design.

The F1® Speed Limited Edition rollerball pens are made from carbon fibre and high-gloss, lacquered brass with a complementary satin-finish and ruthenium-brass hardware. Collectors also love the sterling-silver finial core, hi-visibility resin accents and the scorched stainless-steel barrel end.

The aerodynamic contours in the radical barrel flare, and graduated step and clip were inspired by the lines of Formula 1’s next-generation 2022 design package. F1® branding on the clip and the Montegrappa insignia are both hand-enameled, and boldly positioned on the finial tyre element.

Montegrappa's F1® Speed Limited Edition pen design is also available in fountain pen. Each pen edition is limited to 372 pieces (a reference to the highest speed ever recorded in a Formula One World Championship race (FIA). Custom packaging for the Montegrappa F1® Speed Limited Edition pens is a scaled-up version of Montegrappa's Premium packaging finished in racing-red and black with the F1® logo.
