Sailor 1911 4am Large Video Script

This is the Sailor 1911 4am Fountain Pen. It comes in a blue leatherette box that has the Sailor logo embossed in gold on the top of the lid with a gold stripe around it. Hinge style lid on the box that lifts open. It has a grey interior, with a satin underside of the box lid embossed with the Sailor logo in gold once again. And, of course, we have the Sailor 1911 Large 4am Fountain Pen.

This is a North American exclusive color. It has an exclusive blue transparent resin on the cap and the barrel with black ion-plated trim. Really like the look of the blue and the black together. Just the traditional shape for the clip on the Sailor 1911 Large with a nice large ring on the center band at the bottom of the cap that is engraved with Sailor Founded 1911, and a matching ring at the bottom of the barrel of the pen.

The cap is threaded and it unscrews. It is a decent-sized pen. The large is a little bit bigger than the standard, but it also will post on the pen as well. It comes with a 21-carat gold nib that is engraved with the Sailor anchor logo, and a black feed on the nib.

It is a cartridge converter pen, so this section will unscrew from the barrel. You can see the black ion plating on the backside of the section which will accept only a Sailor proprietary cartridge. The pen will only accept Sailor cartridges or converters only. Both of those will be included with the pen. The converter will allow you to use other inks with the pen.

There will be a certificate of authenticity for the pen, and the ink cartridges for the pen, as well as a Sailor ink converter as well. There will also be information and warranty information for the pen. Great design. I really love the Sailor pens and the way that they write.
