About the Ranga Samurai
The Ranga Samurai fountain pen is made of gorgeous premium ebonites and high-quality resins in various colors. One of Ranga's mid-sized fountain pens, the Samurai is a luxurious, dedicated worker worthy of any pen collection, which is appropriate since Samurai, in Japanese, means "servant."
The pen's standard cigar shape is rounded at the top and the bottom with the slight taper leaving it smaller at the bottom. The Samurai fountain pen features Ranga's redesigned clip inlaid into the top of the pen's cap and a slight flare at the bottom of the grip section to prevent accidental slipping during long writing sessions. Each Ranga Samurai fountain pen is fitted with a #6 stainless steel Jowo nib and an ebonite feed. The pen uses a cartridge converter filling system (compatible with standard international-size ink cartridges and converters).
Each Ranga Samurai fountain pen comes with a Schmidt converter installed in the pen. Ranga Samurai fountain pens are packaged in a Ranga pen box with a snap closure.

Very nice, large pen. I've tried a few pens from India in the past and they are all dust collectors- not good quality. The Samurai, however, has easily passed the grade. It's a very well constructed pen for under $100. Writing has been perfect and I've given it a lot of use the past few weeks. It is a large pen that some might not like, but it is very comfortable and dependable nonetheless.
