I am such a fan of the “small-market” custom-made appeal of Ranga fine writing instruments. My expectations are always exceeded with each unboxing. This delivery was no exception. My Model 3 is amazing. It is possessed of the attentiveness to detail I have come to expect from Ranga. And the pairing with a Bock no. 6 fine nib completes what is becoming a daily obsession. The warmth of the ebonite and the solid heft that only such natural material can confer is what sets it apart from the resin-bodied pens of my collection. Its size and large pen proportions (not oversized) is ideal for long writing sessions or just jotting a quick note or signature. And the capacity to eyedropper the Model 3 (a converter is included) just further puts it a class all by itself. The pleasant aroma enhances its overall allure towards not wanting to put it down. A great buy at an incredible value. I will buy another soon.

Love the feel and balance of this pen (unposted). I'm more of a F,EF or UEF nib user, but this Bock Medium is really nice. The cap comes off in 2 1/2 twists which is nice. I like the subdued Orange/Black combo design...not too flashy. This is my first all ebonite pen (even love the smell to it....heck, I like the Noodler's pen smell). This purchase was well worth the price. Hopefully Pen Chalet gets more in stock.
