The fountain pen sits in a foam bed, which lifts off. There is a false bottom and underneath is information and warranty and use and care guide for the fountain pen. And then of course we have the Porsche Design TecFlex fountain pen. This is the golden steel version of the pen. The actual barrel of the pen has these little fibers and on the golden steel, there's some alternating bands and some of the bands will be gold and some will be silver. If you zoom in a little closer to that, you can actually see those bands. They are made up by individual fibers. Has a bullet-shape end on both the bottom of the barrel and the cap as well. The bottom of the barrel has these little balls. Those are to catch the cap when you post it and hold it in place.
And the cap has, and the bottom of the barrel of the pen has, kind of a matte finish chrome to it. Nice clip. The clip opens nice and easily to get in to your pocket. I like that feature. And then, on the cap is the Porsche Design logo etched with Germany there at the bottom. It's a screw-on cap, so that unscrews. Like I said it can be posted. It catches really nice with those little balls at the end to hold it in place. Matching grip section to the cap of the pen. Just that kind of a matte finish to it. And a nice chrome color nib. It's an 18 karat gold nib. Pretty simple design. You can see the Porsche Design logo there. Not a lot of etching or style or anything to it. Just all kind of chrome. Then on the backside, you can see the feed of the pen.
This is a cartridge converter style of pen. So to change the ink, you unscrew that grip section, and included with the Porsche Design TecFlex fountain pen is a Pelican ink converter.

This is the Porsche Design TecFlex fountain pen. It comes in a black case. It has a Porsche Design logo here on the top corner. This front section is a magnetic catch or clasp. It lifts open.
