This is the Omas Arte Italiana Milford Fountain Pen. It comes in a grey, cardboard box. We have the Omas logo printed on the top of the box lid, which lifts off. It's actually a nice, sturdy case for the pen. It has a heavy duty, thick edges to it and it has a nice soft, leather bed for the pen with the Omas logo printed here in the bottom corner. The pen comes with a leather pouch and it has the Omas logo embossed on both sides with stitching around the edges.

Here we have the Omas Arte Italiana Milford Fountain Pen. It comes with a nice, glossy resin finish and that resin has a wood-grain look throughout the cap and the barrel. The cap and the barrel are both cut with edges, so it's not a round pen. It's not gonna roll off the table. You have flat edges all the way around the cap and the barrel, if you can see that with the glossy finish. The top of the cap has a conical shape to it, with a small, gold ring and it has a nice large gold clip. On the clip is a small roller ball to help you easily get this pen in your shirt pocket or wherever you'd like to clip it. And it has a nice, thick, gold band at the bottom of the cap with some decorative etchings. The Omas logo is engraved on one side and in smaller letters Italy on the opposite side and then the bottom of the barrel is just a thin, gold band. The cap on the pen is threaded and unscrews and you can post the cap on the pen if you would like to. It does make the pen fairly long with the cap posted.

Then you can see that gold nib. It is an 18 karat gold nib and you can see the Omas logo there on the nib and some other decorative etchings to the nib of the pen. This is a piston style fountain pen, so to fill the ink on the fountain pen you simply unscrew the knob at the end of the barrel to fill the pen with ink. Great looking fountain pen, I really like the wood-grain look that they've achieved with the resin and glossy finish and the gold accents really set the pen apart. It's a great looking fountain pen.
