This duo is very functional. The ink pen is a little shorter than I prefer but it writes very smoothly. It is lightweight and is so very comfortable. The matching fountain pen also is comfortable and writes well with no skipping or scratching the paper. I purchased the set in pink and other than the barrels being see-through I am pleased with the purchase.

This set is quite fun and a great gift. The ballpoint and the flipping mechanism is easy to use and a smooth writer. The fountain pen, with included converter, is fairly solid. The only downside is the quality of the seal or the clear feed. The feed looks cool, but it does dry up kind of quickly. The Medium nib is a good medium, however.

This pen set is an incredible value, I bought it on Black Friday for less than you'd normally pay for just the fountain pen! I bought it as a his & her set, the fountain pen for me and the twist to write ballpoint pen for my husband. We are both completely satisfied and the color is even more beautiful in person!
